What is the manufacturing process of LED lamp beads

After the silver slurry solidifies, remove it (do not leave it for a long time, otherwise the LED chip coating will turn yellow and oxidize, making it difficult to solidify). If there is LED chip bonding, the above steps are required. If only IC chip bonding is required, the above steps will be cancelled.


5. Wire bonding, using an aluminum wire bonding machine to bridge the chip (LED grains or IC chips) with the corresponding solder pad aluminum wire on the PCB board, that is, to weld the inner lead of the COB.


6. Initial testing, using specialized testing tools (with different equipment for different uses of COB, such as high-precision stabilized power supply) to test the COB board, and repairing the unqualified board.


7. Glue dispensing: Use a dispensing machine to apply an appropriate amount of AB glue to the LED grains that have been bonded. The IC is packaged with black glue, and then stop the appearance packaging according to the customer's request.


8. Curing: Place the sealed PCB printed circuit board or lamp holder into a thermal cycling oven and let it stand at a constant temperature. Different drying times can be set according to the request.


9. Overall testing, use specialized testing tools to stop the electrical performance testing of the packaged PCB printed circuit board or lamp holder, and distinguish between good and bad.
